Supreme Court Refuses To Change Orders Barring Subrata Roy From Going Abroad

The court was approached by Sahara seeking a modification of a Monday order. The bench headed by justice K.S. Radhakrishanan, said that a “special bench had heard the matter” and until the same bench presides, no changes can be made to the order. The court has also asked Sahara to file an application to mention the urgency in the matter.
