Exemptions For Private Companies Envisaged By Draft Notification By MCA Under Companies Act, 2013



The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued a draft notification which is being placed before both the Houses of Parliament to provide privileges and exemptions to Private Companies and to receive public comments till 1st July, 2014 in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 462 of the Companies Act, 2013.
