Fake Transactions In Reebok India Fraud Case

The Forensic Audit of Reebok India Company by Ernst and Young found fake transactions with authorized customers allegedly concocted to exaggerate the company’s revenue. According to the audit report, goods worth Rs. 147.25 crores were billed but not delivered and stored in secret warehouses merely to inflate sales. Looking into the criminal aspect of the matter, SFIO will submit its report to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs by November 30, 2012.
