Hyundai Obtains High Court Stay Against CCI Probe

Hyundai Motor India ("Hyundai") gets a stay order from Madras High Court against Competition Commission of India's ("CCI") legal proceedings. CCI has alleged Hyundai for anti- competitive practice of selling spare parts at higher prices. CCI was investigating several other carmakers as well.
