Our Approach

The methodology followed in conducting legal audit is ‘Observations-Evaluation-Suggestions’ or OES Principle, a technique evolved by LAI. The technique can be put in simple words as:

Step I: Subjective and empirical study of the environment of the client's business.

Step II: Analysis and evaluation of the results arrived at Step I.

Step III: Formulation of a comprehensive mechanism of "solutions" to the legal lacunae detected.

The time period of the legal audit exercise depends on the nature and magnitude of the audit being conducted.

Going a step further, the Firm also provides a Compliance Programme (if required by the client) for avoiding  future legal lacunae and ensuring a system of legal immunity to the maximum extent possible. The audit aims at mitigating risks, optimizing performance and eliminating wasteful litigation expenditure.
